Our customers include network service providers, telecom equipment manufacturers, military and aerospace contractors, enterprises, as well as government and research facilities in over 90 countries around the globe. Facing deliverability issues in their emarketing programs, Symmetricom turned to HiveMind Marketing to conduct a test of leading ESPs to determine if switching vendors made sense. The test was centered around a free download offer that Symmetricom extended to its house list annually. At the same time, we simplifed messaging, updated the creative look and feel, and nailed down the HTML coding to be more email client friendly. The idea worked. While three out of 5 ESPs recorded virtually the same percentage deliverability, overall response was a whopping 300% better than in the past.
