Tom Lauck - CEO, Chief Creative Director

With a background in inbound marketing, creative design, web development, content marketing, and analytics, Tom Lauck founded HiveMind Marketing, Inc. 25 years ago. His objective was to offer smaller technology companies and other forward-looking organizations the creative and inbound marketing services they needed to improve lead generation, websites, internet marketing campaigns, and other marketing strategies and tactics.
Over the past decade, Tom has provided insight, creativity, and analysis to client marketing departments to increase their marketing ROI. Tom has a unique ability to quickly assess new marketing opportunities, identify areas needing improvement, develop creative solutions, and apply technology as necessary to measure results. Tom is also a past president of the Business Marketing Association (BMA).

Advisory Board
Mar Junge has joined our Advisory Board, where she will provide insights and experience in integrating public relations, social media, and inbound marketing. In her three decades as a Silicon Valley PR professional, Mar Junge has worked with hundreds of startups and established companies. Now as the founder and principal of c3PR, a public relations and marketing agency, she continues to help B2B high tech companies get noticed and get results. Mar won her first International Creativity Award in 2005 and was named a 2007 Marketing Thought Leader by the Silicon Valley American Marketing Association. In 2011, she was honored as one of four Successful Women Entrepreneurs by SCU’s Women in Business Network. This year, Mar was named a 2012 Silicon Valley Woman of Influence.
A firm believer in giving back, Mar donates many pro bono hours to community organizations. She received a 2012 International Communitas Award from the Association of Marking and Communications Professionals for service to One Heart World-Wide and Sticks-2-Schools, a nonprofit she co-founded. She currently serves on the board of the Silicon Valley Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America as Mentorship Chair, working with PR students at San Jose State University.
Before founding c3PR in 2002, Mar was a partner in Communiqe, landing notable clients such as IBM, 3Com, Cisco, Seagate, Extreme Networks, Intel, Solectron, and others. She has served as director of corporate communications at Modular Power, marketing communications manager at Liebert Corp. and senior copywriter at Peak Public Relations and Huddleston/Iknoian Advertising. Mar graduated with Honors from San Jose State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations.

Lisa English has joined our newly created Advisory Board, where she will provide strategic direction for internet marketing for BioMedical clients. With more than 15 years of experience in B2B marketing, Lisa English has strong experience driving program strategy and development for HiveMind’s growing list of clients across the country. Her education and credentials give her a unique understanding of the challenges facing in biotech marketing. Lisa also has expertise supporting marketing & communications needs for a broad range of B2B and B2C industries, including pharmaceutical, technology, web portals, and medical devices.
